- This community clinic provides medical services and prescription medications thanks to the help of volunteer doctors, nurses, and pharmacists. 


Please call 405-743-3171 Monday or Wednesday mornings between 9am-11am for a doctor or pharmacy appointment. Clinics are held Tuesday and Thursday evenings between 4pm-7pm.

Our Services

Individuals who wish to receive service must provide proof of income for all persons living in the household. Items accepted as proof of income include:


-Current pay stub, unemployment, or Social Security


-Current bank statement, if checks are deposited directly


-Letter from Social Security or DHS stating status


-Food Stamp card


-Copy of latest income tax forms
